Dear AEDEM academics and participants:

The University of Cantabria has the privilege and honour of organising the XXXIX International Annual Meeting of the European Academy of Management and Business Economics (AEDEM), which will be held in Santander between 11 and 13 June 2025. In this regard, we would like to invite you to participate in this meeting, which through its different panels will allow us to exchange ideas and knowledge to enrich our research in the field of business administration, thereby favouring the possibilities of dissemination and publication of the works presented, and thereby contributing to the transfer of knowledge to society.

The international nature of the AEDEM congress has its origin in the diversity of its attendees, coming from different countries and cultures, which contributes to generating a more global vision of the economy. This diversity is also notable in its intergenerational culture, where academics with extensive experience share space with young researchers, who present the results of their PhD, Master's Final Projects (TFM) and Degree Final Projects (TFG).

We hope to see you in Santander and enjoy this event together, in which, in addition to sharing a space for academic discussion, we will also share moments of conviviality among the members of AEDEM.
